Mali talks wrap up without deal

What's next for Mali? The country's new military leaders and West African mediators wrap up days of talks without settling on how to return to civilian rule. According to negotiators, ousted President Ibrahim Boubacar Keita says he doesn't want to come back to power. And Amnesty International accuses the Nigerian government of turning its back on vulnerable communities being targetted by armed gangs. The rights groups estimates that bandits killed more than 1000 villagers between January and July this year.
